• Create a fully personalized workout routine based on your need (schedule, preferred training days, session duration, muscle focus, and more.)
Track your progress and keep you accountable so you stay on track toward your goals.
• Advise on your ideal macro intake based on your body.

• Recommend supplements and equipment (not necessary for beginners unless requested). 

• Answer any fitness-related questions you have—whether it’s something you read online or heard elsewhere.

Weekly check-ins to adjust the plan based on your progress and feedback.
• Mental/motivation tips to stay consistent and disciplined with your routine.
